Shipping information
For orders worth 75.00 euros or more, we ship your package free of charge throughout Germany with DHL. For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee, regardless of the size of your package.

Would you rather pick up your wool from the store? There are no shipping costs for picking up from the store during opening hours. You can choose one of our stores. As soon as the wool is there or delivered to the store, we will send you an email.
The shipping costs for Germany are automatically displayed in your shopping cart. If the value of your goods is over €75, we will cover the shipping costs for you and the shop will deduct them automatically.
Very important is:
When entering your address, please check that everything is correct and deliverable. We cannot accept any liability for returns due to incorrect address entries and will charge the return postage to us at the country-specific postage rate (e.g. Germany 5.90), in addition to the re-shipment.
We also accept no liability for shipments that are not picked up after storage, missing nameplates on the doorbell, incorrect behavior of the deliverer, or permission to leave the item behind. If the item is returned to 100Farbspiele, the postage price for re-shipment will be doubled.
If you order as a GUEST, you will not receive a shipment status, this can only be viewed by registered customers.
If you have not received your package within a week of the shipping email, please send us an email and we will certainly be able to sort it out.
International shipping costs
DHL delivery zones apply for international shipping. All countries in Zone 1 can be selected as shipping addresses. For countries in Zones 2 and 3, please write us a short message.
There is no German sales tax for shipping to NON-EU countries . This is calculated by customs and payable by the customer. Please find out about customs allowances (Switzerland, for example, 62 CHF). In this case, you only have the net price + postage.
Swiss customers also have the option of ordering via "My Purchase", in which case all formalities are handled by My Purchase.

Shipment
Delivery times, delivery day = shipping day (i.e. the time at which the delivery leaves the house.)

If you order from several categories, we will pack it in one package. If something is not in stock and additional deliveries are necessary, these will of course be sent postage free.
Please note our delivery time.
Our delivery time is 8-10 WORKING days (Monday to Friday), plus shipping time. After your order, you will be sent an order confirmation, after which you will have to be patient.
Your unique item will only be manufactured after you have placed your order. We always start this on Monday, usually 8 working days after your order, and you will usually receive an email with the shipment status by then.
It can take a while (3-4 days) until we have made and packaged all the unique items, which is why your shipment status may not be updated for a few days. We haven't forgotten you, lots of orders are always made together and shipped by Thursday at the latest.
Please remember that our employees can sometimes be sick or on vacation, so the delivery time can be maximized. Everything we do is handmade and delays can occur due to staff downtime, but this is not the norm.
Don't forget that employees have Sundays and public holidays off; our working days are Monday to Friday.
The shipping service provider DHL may experience staff shortages and your package may take longer than usual during peak times (e.g. Christmas).
Please do not immediately report a dispute to Paypal if your package does not arrive by day 10, we have not forgotten you.
If you have any questions about your order, please send them definitely by email or chat, The employees in the store do not have access to the online shop and cannot help you. We can only be reached by phone to a limited extent.
Often your questions are answered automatically through the chat, the search function (small magnifying glass at the top right of the homepage) or the page "Do you have questions?" linked at the bottom of the homepage.
Even if you have to wait a little for your unique item, the anticipation is the best part and you can soon look forward to your package.

You cannot exchange or return our unique items, as we made them especially for you after you placed your order. Please understand that we do not accept unstamped packages.
